Q: Participant Question
A: Channeled Answer

Channel: I ask to be a clear and perfect channel of the highest light
for all those assembled here tonight, all those who will listen to
this, and all those who will read this. Please bring in my guides and
angels, and the guides and angels of those assembled here. And now we
request the presence of any ET council or group who wishes to speak
to us and may like to answer our questions.

A. Greetings. We come here tonight a man short, as it were. We've
lost one of our own and we are saddened by this. Our objective is to
teach, to instruct, to uplift, but at the moment, we know not exactly
how. Grief is an emotion that swamps the intelligence. It makes us
look at ourselves in a new way, from a new perspective. It bids us
enter the ocean, the ocean of community, the dissolution of boundary,
the return to Source. Grief is one way to connect to Source.

So we ask you tonight to share with us the loss of a loved one. To
bring your mind and your heart to a time of which you had suffered
such a loss. And to look around from that space and to notice that in
loss there is also a gain. As you lose what you are comfortable with,
what you are familiar with, you gain the knowledge and the experience
of the underlying wholeness. You breathe that experience, you see
that experience, you sense the quality, the vibration of the
community in which you exist. The higher that vibration the more
poignant the moment.

For us this is a poignant moment that we will always treasure. It's
an honoring of the past, an honoring of a contribution that our
friend, our other, has made in our lives. As you reflect on the loss,
you reflect also on the contribution that the other has made in your
life, and you realize how deeply touched you've been. And as you
surround yourself with that emotion, that consciousness, the
externalities drop away. The limitations drop away. You come closer
to your true heart. You come closer to your source.

And as you do this, a new window opens... a new glass to look
through. You look out on a new world, the world of the future.
Imagine as you look out on this new world, that you are a magician.
You have the magical power to bring into that world anything you
desire. So what would you create? What forms most perfectly capture
your heart, your longing? Is it the recreation of the old or is it
something different?

Through our window we see a sun, a sun rising, a new dawn. We see a
familiar landscape, illumined in a new way. A new color to the light,
a new intensity, a new beauty. The individuals inhabiting this
landscape do so with a new joy, a new pleasure in being there. This
is our perspective on the future.

You each have your own perspective. You each have your own magic. You
each have your own paintbrush. And as you draw your masterpiece,
remember to color it with the emotions that you find most comfortable
and most authentic. This emotional coloring is significant. This
emotional coloring is what distinguishes one emotional masterpiece
from the next. It is what sorts them, and arranges them. So find your
true heart, your true vibration, and color your masterpiece with your
personal vibration, your personal authentic signature. Suffuse the
light of your landscape with your personal signature, and then you
will find that your masterpiece is sorted and arranged with others of
the same vibration.

The tapestry formed by these many pictures becomes more coherent,
more beautiful, more consistent, and more alive. So each of you now,
bring up the image of your future world and add that layer of
lacquer, that layer of color, that enlivening light, that is your
heart energy, your personal touch. The love you hold for your
creation. It is in such a way that worlds are created. The heart of
the creator always colors the creation. It may be invisible but is
ever present. This is true of every world that you know and every
world that we know. The heart of the creator is ever present.

Now that you've created your personal landscape, we ask you to try
something new. You are going to create a joint landscape, a diptych.
Imagine, if you will, the other. Whoever is the other in your life.
The individual who is your mirror, who is your partner, who is your
biggest challenge. The person you want most to change, the person you
want most to love. Anyone who has a primary significance. And see
them creating their own masterpiece, their own landscape. Standing
next to you, doing the same thing you are doing, creating their own
landscape, giving it their own coloration. Now, as you watch this,
allow the two pictures to swing around and to be placed back to back.
As they come together, watch the colors swirl, the colors change, and
the energies flow together.

A third picture emerges. It's different; it has a combination of
elements. It has a new character. It has a new fire, but the
vibration that it contains holds both of the individual vibrations in
a perfect mix. While the forms have changed, the loving vibration
that entered into each of the composite pictures remains in the
combined one. This is the lesson: nothing is lost. Your vibration
that you bring to your life is never lost, no matter how many times
your picture is combined with that of others. In each moment you are
creating these masterpieces. In each moment you have the freedom to
add your vibratory signal to the mix. You can either hold it in or
let it out. As you let it out, you contribute. As you hold it in, you
gather your emotional intensity for a later gift. Either way, you are
creating the world that you inhabit.

And now we'd like to ask if you have any questions.

Q. Yes, can you elaborate on what happened to your companion? Did it
have anything to do with the Earth mission? And I also have a
question about the 1954 meeting between President Eisenhower and some
extraterrestrial races on February 20, can you give any information
on what happened at that meeting, what extraterrestrial races were
present at the meeting, and any agreement that may or may not have
been reached?

A. First of all regarding our companion, we would simply say that his
time had come. He was a wise and learned individual who had reached
the end of his cycle.

Regarding your second question: The Tau Cetians were present and the
Lyrans. These were two races that were chosen to make an initial
offer to speak to your governmental representatives. This meeting
went poorly from our point of view. It did not create the opening
that we had hoped for. Instead it alerted the forces of the other
side, shall we say, to your presence and to the potential gain that
they might have in working with your leadership. Does that answer
your question?

Q. I have a follow up. Subsequent to that meeting there was another
meeting, but this time with some groups either from Zeta Reticulum or
Grays from Orion, do you know when that occurred and whether an
agreement was reached at that subsequent meeting, and that one of the
bases that was referred to was Holloman Air force base?

A. October 8, 1956 was one such meeting. This was the one at which
the go ahead was given to interact on... let's say "undesirable"...
terms from your point of view. However the roots go back quite a bit
earlier. The seed was sown, so to speak, quite a bit earlier. And the
meetings at this point were more of a formality than a decision
point, a decision making point. Do you have other questions?

Q. No, thank you.

Q. What about the announcement of NESARA, you know, have you heard?

A. This was covered in one of the earlier sessions. We view NESARA as
a distraction, as an attempt to right a perceived wrong. A wrong that
doesn't in actuality exist. While some of the individuals who support
it are well intentioned, there are also those who wish to weaken you,
who wish to distract you. The true question is whether you can feel
empowered as you move into and through the world of money, of
financial power, and of personal power. If you can do this in a kind
and loving and gentle way then you will have the possibility of
creating rules which are more reflective of that; but if you choose
to retain a consciousness of lack and limitation then your rules will
reflect that choice.

So NESARA is, in a way, a reflection, an aspiration for a new
relationship with money, but it doesn't take into account all of the
factors involved, all of the psychological factors. It doesn't take
into account the consciousness of those who exist under the system,
that are served by the system. Until you are able to reflect that
consciousness as well as the aspiration for something new, then it
will be difficult for these concepts to take root. Are there other
questions?

Q. The thing that's big in the news recently is the information that
Bush was given to lead him to declare war on Iraq; there's a lot of
theories about that and I wonder if you could enlighten us as to what
really transpired, what the real reason was for going into Iraq, and
essentially what's going to come out of this committee that's being
formed, what's really going to come out?

A. It's a mistake to suppose that the Bush administration is in the
driver's seat. The purpose of the action is many fold... there are
several layers all of which must line up for an event to occur of
this magnitude. A very important element is the mass consciousness
and the suffering of the Iraqi people. As the vibration of the mass
consciousness lifts it is no longer possible to tolerate
dictatorships, and because of this, the system as a whole will react
to eradicate the conditions of autocratic control. You may see this
in more places than just in Iraq. The particular political and
military agency by which the mass consciousness chooses to lift the
dark forces of control will vary from place to place.

In this case, there was an alignment with an agenda on the part of
elements of the Bush administration. These elements had a desire to
demonstrate their power. They had a desire to demonstrate that they
could be the masters and would not be subservient. They would not
allow a competitor for the hearts and minds of humanity. So in this
desire to be the guardian they wish to make an example of what they
perceived to be a kind of a clown. Someone who, in the political
realm, was perceived as an actor. Who would, figuratively, snub the
desire for control. Who would stand off and not allow the image of
the grand master to be presented. So really there were two main
forces involved which had very different underlying motivations. Does
that answer your question?

Q. Yes, except what will this committee finally come up with, what
will finally happen?

A. We cannot exactly predict what will happen. As it stands, the
committee is designed to do no political damage. However given your
history we expect that things will not go as planned. So that, as
time goes on, more and more is revealed and a truer picture of the
full motivation becomes public knowledge. It is difficult to say what
effect that might have, so much has already been revealed to many of
those who could be influenced by public revelation, who already have
a picture of the government that is unflattering. Nevertheless, there
can be continued evolution and, especially, there can be a growing
bond between the people and a vision for a clean government, a vision
for government that reflects the heart of the people and reflects
their desire to live in a peaceful world. As this vision takes hold
you may find many things changing, not just between political parties
but within political parties, not just between peoples but within
peoples. And it's this inner transformation that is the most
significant because the outer circumstances may change, but if the
inner transformation is not simultaneously … Any other questions.

Q. Yes, if our government has gotten into treaties with ETs that are
not in humanity's best interest, are we bound? Are the rest of us who
had no part in these treaties bound by these things, these treaties,
are they legitimate?

A. There are two levels to this. One is a narrow legal definition of
legitimacy. Generally speaking, on your planet you do not recognize
parties that are off planet, therefore there is no basis for a treaty
with an extraterrestrial race. However, what is less important than
the legal particulars are/is the consequences of breaking an
agreement. This is the true reason that secrecy remains in force. The
consequences of going against the will of those that approached the
government are severe, as they see it. And therefore they are
reluctant to take that step. Does that answer your question?

Q. Yes, but it raises another one. If I understood what you just
said, the government sees that the consequences would be severe but
when the average citizen of the world learns of these secret
treaties, I assume that they will... I don't know …

A. Do you have a question?

Q. That's all, thanks.

A. Are there other questions?

Q. I do have another question. There have been a lot of questions
about the Bush administration here. Will it be difficult to overcome
the financial burden he has put on the country or is that more of the
thinking of being disempowered?

A. Yes and No. There are levels of disempowerment which are
individual and other levels which are societal. An individual may
solve their inhibitions to receive and may acquire great wealth,
however the society also has its own patterns and beliefs which can
be self-limiting. So if your society believes that it will require
generations to recover then it may make choices in the ensuing that
will drag out any kind of prosperity. On the other hand, as they say,
a rising tide lifts all boats, so if the society as whole is able to
transform and come to a general consciousness of prosperity, then
even the most recalcitrant individual may find their life more
pleasant, more habitable. So really these two levels are operative.
We would say that the community consciousness has not really been
focused on the mechanisms of its financial health. There is generally
a perception that financial health is a management problem and not a
problem of consciousness. However, even there, there is a notion of
consumer confidence or positivity which is a kind of acknowledgment
that economic factors can be psychological or can be driven
psychologically, mass psychology. So if you wish the economy to be
productive and strong you will promote a grounding in proper
commercial relationships, and build on this foundation in a fair and
equitable fashion to enhance the common good. It's with this
mechanism that you raise the level, you raise the economic standard,
and you allow the individual, the individual boats, as it were, to
have a deeper draft, to have an easier time. Thank you for the
question; are there any other questions?

Q. I'd like to ask about the agenda and motivations of the Grey
extraterrestrial races. One view is that they are a race that were at
one time humanoid but who degenerated as a result of wars and
environmental degradation on their planet, and that they interact
with humans purely to improve their genetic material. Another view of
the Greys is that they are in fact are a synthetic life form, created
for the purpose of subverting, weakening and undermining human
societies. Can you comment on which of those two views of the Greys
is more accurate?

A. All life forms are synthetic in a certain sense. Let this sink in.
All life forms are synthetic in a certain sense, they are designed
and programmed when the universe is created. The matrix of potential
life has parameters that are installed in the original seeds, the
original archetypal seeds of each new universe. So the question of
synthesis or artificial origins is really not a significant
discriminant between sentient lifeforms such as yourselves and the
Greys.

As regards their intent, we would say that the Greys in general are
not free to act in their own self-interest, and because of this it's
not possible to characterize what they might hold as their intention
vis-à-vis your race. At the moment, they have a very narrow window of
opportunity, a very narrow window of action that they are permitted.
Because of this, many potentials that could be positive for humanity
cannot be pursued. Those who say the Grays ultimately have a positive
intent might be true, might be correct in a theoretical sense.
However what is significant is not whether they have positive intent
but whether under correct conditions they will be allowed a manifest
a positive outcome to the interaction. Does that answer your question?

Q. Could you comment on what race has a large influence over the
Greys, is it the Reptilian race or another race that largely
influences or determines the boundaries of possibilities or actions
that the Greys can take?

A. There are actually three such. The first two are the ones you
mentioned who are the immediate interlocutors, shall we say, the
immediate influences on their behavior. There is also a deeper and
darker and more distant influence that creates a kind of shock, a
shocked consciousness on their part. Because of their shock they do
not experience much of the higher vibration that you are now becoming
accustomed to, since they don't have it in their conscious awareness
they cannot orient their behaviors around such things as the highest
good for humanity. They have to orient their behaviors around more
immediate or lower objectives such as their own survival, or the
benefit of their friends. Does that answer your question?

Q. I do want to ask about another race often associated with the
Grays, that is the Praying Mantis, the Praying Mantis race. Can you
comment on their agenda or on their role because many believe that
the Preying Mantis are a very spiritual race and I'm wondering if you
can elaborate on what their effect is for the best outcome on the
human race at this time?

A. These beings are very wise and quite subtle in their interactions.
Generally speaking for humans they are quite frightening, therefore
they have relatively little interactions with humans at this time.
They are curious as to the human experiment but they take a
standoff... a more distant perspective. It's not clear to us whether
they have any agenda beyond observation. Perhaps it's best to say
that they wish to observe and wish to postpone any strategic choices
until the full potential of the human being becomes more evident. It
is not clear to them who will win in this struggle, in this dance
between the Greys and the humans. It's not clear to them what future
will be the choice that these two partners co-create, and therefore
they wish to postpone any choice they themselves have to make.
Nevertheless, it does appear that they want some contact, so they
make themselves known privately to a few individuals. They keep their
finger on the pulse, so to speak, in a few cases. Does that answer
your question?

Q1. Thank you.

Q2. Is there some kind of coordination between all these different ET
groups? Do they work with the permission of a higher authority in
separate assigned tasks or is it just generally from their own self-
interest? I don't know if I'm expressing it properly but is it self-
directed rather than from a coordinated intent?

A. As you might imagine, there is no single answer to this. There are
many councils and committees such like, much bureaucracy. At the same
time, there are many individuals and many groups that act according
to their own perceived self-interest. It's a big world and every
possible motivation, every possible expression of intent. If we had
to generalize we would say 80% of those currently interacting with
Earth are doing so in service to a multi-society or a multi-species
organization, and then the rest are various forms of research and
contact, and that are smaller efforts, that are organized on a
smaller scale. Does that give you the general picture?

Q. Yes, I'm wondering if there is a rule of law kind of from an
intergalactic body that determines the limits of the contact or
motive …

A. Yes, there are several such organizations and many rules. However,
these rules have an enforcement which is subtle and a long term...
and presents a long term disadvantage to those who break the rules.
So those who are willing to risk long term disadvantage for short
term gain may ignore the rules. This is the situation we find you in.
Many of those you are interacting with are focused on the short term
and take a devil may care attitude toward the long term consequences.
This is their choice. But yes, there are many safeguards in place,
not the least of which is an energetic safeguard, which protects your
system from even being aware of their presence and their activities.

To a large extent, this system, this quarantine, if you will, is in
your best interest. As you develop, as you grow, it's best that you
interact among yourselves. But the system, which originally was
designed for your benefit, has been subverted and used to further the
agenda of others rather than for your best interest. It's also worth
noting that when we speak of your best interests we speaking of
humanity in general, not the interests of certain individuals.
There's no question that certain individuals can find benefit by also
gaming the current system.
