Q: Participant Question
A: Channeled Answer

Channel: I ask to be a clear and perfect channel of the highest
light for this group on March 21, 2004. Please bring in my guides
and angels and those of the group assembled here. We ask that the
information we receive be for the highest good of all concerned, and
be useful for all those who are here or might listen to the tape or
read the transcript. Thank you.

A. Once upon a time there was a king in a kingdom that was wisely
ruled. This king had a problem though, he had a daughter who was too
beautiful to remain safely in the kingdom. The kingdom was populated
with a great many valorous knights whose attention focused on this
young girl as she grew up. And the king understood that the jealousy
and the contention between his warriors would destroy his army,
would lessen his ability to rule.

So he sent his daughter away to a distant land where she could be
safe, where she wouldn't stand out as much. He sent her to a land
that we'll call... "Mer". The Mer Kingdom. And in the Mer Kingdom
everyone was beautiful. Everyone had beautiful clothes, had a joyous
spirit, had a wise demeanor and so she fit right in and she grew to
love it there. But also she had homesickness, she remembered her
home, the home with all the valorous knights and their shining
armor. And so, as she got older, she
began to long to return, to come back to her old country and to her
father, and decided that it was time to leave her adopted home.

And so she returned and, just as the king had feared, she caused
something of a ruckus. However, she was old enough and wise enough
to know what to do. And so she set about converting the attention of
the warriors into projects that she thought would be beneficial to
her father. Each time one would approach her, she would give them
another task to do, another challenge that would engage their heroic
instincts; and, given her beauty, each of the knights accepted his
task and went about trying to fulfill
her wishes.

One by one they returned to her with their prizes, with their
accomplishments, and she would nod and say thank you. And then
dismiss them. So, one by one, they would leave crestfallen and with
an understanding that all of their accomplishments, all of their
valor, was not enough to secure what they really wanted.

There came a day when one knight returned, and, unlike all of the
other knights, he hadn't accomplished exactly what she had set out
for him to do. So he came back not with a prize, but with an
apology. He came in and he told her that he had tried, but that he
had failed. And that nevertheless he wanted her to know that in his
heart he held her wish to be paramount and that he would always be
grateful for the moment that she gave him the challenge. He felt
such an honor at accepting the challenge and
attempting the task. That his life and the outcome that he created
was much less important than being in the game itself, so to speak.

Well, wouldn't you know it, this knight was the one that she
married. Because this knight was the one who really understood the
meaning of the challenge and the importance of taking up the heroic
challenge, and beginning the heroic journey. This knight also
understood that completing the heroic journey is not about success,
it's about an alignment with the wishes of the other, it's about
love simply, it's about realizing the connectedness, and realizing
the truth of what we are as finite beings. Seeing in the other that
part of ourselves that represents our highest goal and that in
communication, and in the love and the connection we've already won
the most important victory.

And so, as we move forward in our relationship, our planets and your
planet, you may consider yourself like the knight who feels he has
failed. You may consider yourselves the chosen ones. The ones who
returned fearing that all was not well, fearing that things had gone
wrong, that you weren't able to create and to meet your heroic
challenge. Well sometimes things are not as they seem; sometimes the
real challenge is not the one that is set before you; sometimes the
real challenge is the transformation, and the depth of understanding
that you bring to the quest.

So now we wish to open the session to questions. Does anyone have a
question?

Q. Can you talk to us a little bit about what has been happening
with Jean Ederman with his piloting program that he apparently has
begun, and what the implications are for the rest of us who are
connecting with that program and who have an aspiration to replicate
that?

A. Yes, we would say Jean has done quite well. In a way, he is one
of those heroes who succeeded. He did exactly what he was asked to
do, and he has returned with his prize. Question now is how he'll be
received. Because he will be received not so much by the daughter of
the king, but by the king himself. And the question is what welcome,
what importance will be attached to his achievement. It's not yet
clear to us what the king will say, how well the king will meet his
challenge, how deep will be his
understanding. It remains to be seen for us as it does for you. As
we said before you are the mythmakers, you are able to write the
scripts. We, in a way, are in
the audience, wondering what will happen next. Do you have more you
would like to know about Jean?

Q. Do you have an anticipation of what is most likely to come out of
this, and what would be the likely program or set of initiatives
that follow on?

A. This was a test, the first test. It has been passed with flying
colors. After this one, we'll review and decide where to go next. We
may offer a harder question, we may offer some easier questions. A
lot remains to be determined. It's important to understand that few
believed this could be done. It was meant as a demonstration, as an
opportunity, as a challenge, but somehow in the actuality of the
achievement it does change the rest of the test. So rather than
proceeding as we had originally thought we
might, we will be reviewing our options and deciding what we might
offer you next. But the exact form has not yet been determined.
It'll depend to some extent on you.

We are interested to hear what ideas you might have. We think
representation in our councils offering your ideas might be a good
thing, might set a nice precedent going forward. So if you have
ideas, if you'd like to see certain projects, by all means suggest
them and we'll find a way to create the positive outcomes that you
seek. Any other questions?

Q. What's your name please?

A. We are the Arcturians, also some Lyrans. We work with many others
that have been mentioned before.

Q. What's your specific name?

A. Joshuel. I am the translator. There are several others in the
room, several others who consider your questions and who agree on a
response.

Q. Are the Arcturians specifically for the United States and there's
others for other countries, how do you work that out?

A. Generally we work in Councils, several of us for each channel,
for each clear channel, who's able to transduce the information. So
generally speaking there are several of us working together
providing information for those on the ground.

Q. Are all the people in this room clear channels?

A. Not everyone practices as a channel, some do and some don't. Some
remember, and some don't. Everyone in this room is aligned for the
highest good of humanity, but each person works in different way.
Some work directly in very physical terms, some work in energetic
terms, some in the mental spheres. It all depends on the talents and
capabilities. You are all very different. We treasure that, we
treasure the opportunity to work in such a rich environment.

Q. So the people present with you that you are translating for,
would you say that there are... you said that there are three per
person, would you say there are three for every person here, for
example.

A. We didn't mean to imply there would be exactly three for each
person. But there are, generally speaking, several of us for each
person on the ground that we are working with, not necessarily three.

Q. OK. Now if you cross over from one country to the other, how does
that work? For example, if say there are a number of people working
with that
person when they move to another country or another part of the
world what happens to the people that were working with them from
your side?

A. Generally we tune in with the vibratory frequency using the
energetic signature of the individual. The physical location is less
important although some places are easier to communicate to than
others, much like your cell phone technology. In some places the
signal is stronger. However each being has a unique vibratory
signature which we can use to access the physical person, and the
mental body of that person.

Q. So if a group of you are working with that person when they move
to another country those same people will be working with that
person?

A. It's possible. In some cases there's a hand off. Generally the
social groups that you experience in the physical also are
reflective of the connections between your guidance. And sometimes
introductions in the physical can lead to introductions on our side
and recombinations and new projects on our side. So sometimes the
physical movement allows a new person, a new element on the ground
to be put in place, to come together with others working on a common
project. In those contexts that person will begin to receive
directly from a team on this side which is involved in that project.
Does that answer your question? Any other questions?

Q. What other... are there other extraterrestrial groups that are
aware of what's happening with Jean Ederman?

A. Yes there is general knowledge of this eventuality. It hasn't
been publicized, so to speak, in the most general way, however
several groups have been informed in a quiet way.

Q. Can you give us the names of those groups?

A. We are looking for this. The names are quite lengthy. Perhaps it
would be more useful to know the reason for your question.

Q. I'm just curious if they are... are they in councils with you or
in other councils?

A. They're in a variety of functions on our side that have some
interest in the experiment. Some of them are governmental entities
or organizations which support the harmonic working between
different groups. Others are groups involved in similar projects or
projects which have a bearing on what we do. Some are individuals
who had volunteered their expertise or their craft to the project.
So many of these are connected individuals keep abreast of the
status. But a more general announcement has not been made, a more
general publication of the project status has not been made. Are
there other questions?

Q. When do you expect Jean Ederman to be returning to Earth and will
he really be bringing a physical ship with him?

A. We expect he may return as early as Wednesday. The physical ship
will be cloaked, at his discretion he can show it. It remains to be
seen how careful he will be. We do not know the response to his
return. If he is threatened in some way, we're sure he will be very
careful to conceal what he has. Nevertheless, he has it and no doubt
he'll be willing to share his pride and joy from time to time with
those he trusts.

In a way, it leaves our hands. When we place our trust in another,
when we give a gift to another we let go of the control and the
responsibility for the use of the gift. And so we don't actually
know how this will play out. What we know is what our intention is
and what our guess is or
expectations are. But in way this gift is symbolic of a larger gift
made in the expectation that humanity or some of humanity is old
enough and responsible enough to act in their own best interest. Any
there other questions?

Q. Yes, what about the other people who have also volunteered to do
this? Will they also be given the gift of another spaceship, and
will they be
able be to show it at their discretion as well or is that just
limited to Jean?

A. We are reviewing the program to see how we might proceed. We have
learned quite a lot in working with Jean. We might make things a
little easier for the next candidates. We might accelerate the
program. We have had some response, which is gratifying. We have not
yet initiated a program
based on what we have learned, so stay tuned. We do think that
humans are motivated by the prize in the cereal box [laughter] and
so we can assure you we will continue to give prizes [more
laughter]. Any other questions?

Q. On a weekly basis we have a global exercise for ETs showing up
and part of that visualization so far has been to envisage a mass
showing up. One of the changes I'm contemplating is perhaps having
more localized showing ups. In that sense would it be possible for
the Arcturians to show up at a place of our choosing on a particular
night for an assembled group, and that would be some physical
showing up?

A. This may be a good idea in that it helps to have multiple
initiatives going. Given the agenda of some to disrupt the positive
flow of contact, it's useful to have several initiatives so they're
not able to concentrate their efforts in blocking any single
initiative. On the other hand, advertising too widely such an event
will invite a response. It cannot be assured that an appearance will
be made if it might endanger those who assemble. So if it is done
carefully we can give a guarded yes. We will have to discuss exactly
how such an event could be planned to minimize any risk.
Nevertheless we wish to say that from our point of view a variety of
initiatives is best.

So keep thinking about what might be a useful demonstration. Bear in
mind that there have been many appearances over the years, many
UFOs, some seen by thousands of individuals. This has slowly changed
the mass consciousness, but hasn't elevated it. As much as anything
it has led to more confusion and possibly more fear. And therefore,
consider also how any given experience might be publicized or might
be used in a positive way or in a negative way. And consider what
sorts of initiatives can be designed to further what you really
want. Thank you, are there other questions?

Q. One. I'm interested in getting your perspective on the HAARP
project and what you can do to minimize its effects.

A. The HAARP project is deleterious on several levels. What we can
do is somewhat limited but not completely limited. We are able in
some respects to minimize the impact that the technology has on the
atmosphere. However, the only way this technology can be completely
neutralized is with a clear choice, and a conscious choice by
humanity, and by those who control the project. In a way, like
everything else, it is a result of choice, and we honor the
evolution of the Earth experiment, we honor the expressions of your
current state of awareness and therefore we would not completely
eliminate such an expression.

However, it is possible to change the meaning that this holds for
the global mind. It is possible to shift, to restructure the
original intent of the technology in such a way that it's not used
in the purposes... for the most destructive purposes. In a way, it
may end up being a constructive creation. Are there other questions?

Q. I wonder if you could give us some thoughts or insights about the
rest of 2004 and what major events are likely to happen during this
year?

A. We don't like to predict. We enjoy our own freedoms and wish to
see all beings living in greater freedom and greater
unpredictability. We do make plans, but they are contingent plans
and they are ... [flip tape] ... in response to the partner. So what
can we say about this year?

It's a year of opening, a year of welcoming. We see it very much in
a positive light, and in a creative light. We see many more
opportunities to work with a broader spectrum of people. We see more
openness and joy and more communication. We see the conditions being
put in place for many groups such as yours to get together, and to
work together to envision what they really want in life. Now what
they envision we do not know. We only... we can only ask you to
envision and listen to what you say and see what you create in your
minds. It's really up to you.

Let us turn the tables and ask you what you envision for the
remainder of the year. If you had your hearts wish, what would you
have come to pass?

Q. Peace
A. Any other wishes?
Q. Yes, greater numbers of conscious people.
Q. People being more open minded to possibilities.
Q. Greater connectedness with our galactic brothers and sisters.

A. Well, hold these things in your mind as you live your life, and
as you have opportunities to express your visions, your hopes, be
sure to do so. You will find as you go forward many choices, many
opportunities, to act in a way consistent with your vision, or not.
And in each opportunity, take a breath, make a choice and remember
your highest choice as you do so. That's how we operate and we find
it suits us, so that's what we recommend for you to do.

But we do like the fact that you've grown up in a situation where
you've had to take responsibility yourself, and we see you
continuing to do that. We hope, as the windows are opened and the
doors are opened, that you continue to consider this your home and
those who come to be your guests. That it's your responsibility to
keep the house clean and that it's your choice whether to be
gracious. Are there other questions?

Q. Yes, I've been approached by a lady who claims that she is the
illegitimate daughter of Dwight Eisenhower and I'd just like to know
if that's true or not?

A. This is an interesting question. There is an etheric signature
related to Dwight Eisenhower the President, and this signature had a
life with the one he met during this life. In that life they had a
child, that child is the same individual that you are currently
discussing. However, that life and that union, was not at the same
time as Eisenhower the President and his relationship in your time
frame. Have we been clear?

Q. Did he meet the mother of the child prior to his arrival in
Europe, was it sometime in the United States I'm not clear about the
time of them actually meeting and the child being conceived?

A. Perhaps it's simpler to say it in this way: The three individuals
in question were part of a nuclear family, but in a previous
experience, in a previous life. They were not part of a nuclear
family in this life. So, on an energetic level, on an etheric level,
yes, there was the father, the mother and the child. But this
physical relationship occurred in a different time, in a different
place. Is that more clear?

Q. Yes, thank you.

A. Are there other questions?

Q. Well I have a question, I'm wondering if Jean's achievement will
mean that those ET groups who have been non-interventionist might
start to interact more readily with the Earth? If it might change
the philosophy or the strategy of those races who have been holding
back from interacting with the Earth?

A. Yes, we should think so. We should think that many will redo
their models, will recalculate what's best for them. We expect a
flood of initiatives. Several creative ideas have already been
proposed. This makes it very difficult to predict what might happen.
Most likely we are not even aware of all that's being planned. These
initiatives may come together, create synergies, and more
unpredictability. In a way, the process has now emerged beyond the
possibility of management. The shift has occurred and the gates are
open to new and creative ways to work with humanity. It's hard to
overestimate the importance of this shift. We are very proud of you,
we are very proud of Jean.

Q. Me again, I have another question, I'd like to know about the
dark agenda, those who don't have our best interests at heart and
whether they are aware yet of what Jean has done, and when they do
become aware, if you think it will change what they do and what
their strategies are?

A. Yes, we should think so. They are beginning to become aware.
Mostly they are aware, and they are recalculating their models, so
to speak. They are trying to decide whether there is hope for them,
whether there is still a way to subvert the system. This has been a
profound change, the initiative has shifted. The game is not yet
over, but the momentum has shifted, and we all know when the
momentum shifts there is a chance of running up the score, a chance
of scoring several goals.

Time will tell how things play out, but we feel it's time to go on
the offensive, to create some facts on the ground, so to speak, that
are to your advantage. After all, if they can engage in the game,
manipulate the rules, move the goal posts, change the ball, rough up
the players, buy the referees, and still call it a game, then
perhaps we can come down and make some changes ourselves. Remember
the story that we told you earlier. They may find that even if they
prevented the hero from finding the treasure,
they still may have not prevented the hero from winning the real
treasure.
